This type of burger designate for carnivore fish, commercial food should be the main food and the

burger can use as an addition.

By using this receipt we can achieve improvement in fish colors and increased reproduction.

Receipt for 1kg burger:

 

 TOOLS:  

1- Big bowl to put ingredients in and to mix them up.

2- Rolling pin.

3- Meat grinder.

4- Zip-lock bags.

5- One more bowel.

6- Scales

 

 INGREDIENTS:  

1- 700g beef heart.

2- 300g shrimp (available at any market).

3- 150g of fresh spinach (leafs only) or 5 lettuce leafs.

4- One bag of gelatin dissolved in 1 cup of lukewarm water.

5- 10 milligram of crushed vitamin c, vitamin c helps the fish by strengthen his immune system.

6- Spirulina.

7- 4 heads of crushed garlic..

 

 PREPARATION: 

1- Make sure that the beef heart is clean from any blood and fats.

2- Soak the beef heart in boiling water for 5 minutes.

3- Grind the beef heart and pour the mixture to the bowel.

4- Grind the shrimp and pour the mixture to the bowel.

5- Grind the spinach or the lettuce and pour the mixture to the bowel.

6- Mix the mixture in the bowel and add the gelatin and the rest of the ingredients.

Recommended to add some water to the mixture till it is feels and look like porridge.

7-When the mixture ready it is time to pour it to the zip-lock bags.
