General information – The LDA21 known also as Peckoltia sp. It Named after Gustavo Peckolt, member of the Natural History Commission of Rondon. Nutrition – Although the LDA21 is omnivore it has a great tendency towards meaty food. The LDA21 will accept commercial food such as pellets and frozen food, Catfish wafers is recommended. Behavior – peaceful Maintenance and care – The LDA21 requires minimum 30 gallon tank sizeIt will appreciate many hiding places as possible; decorate its tank with plants, Woods and caves. Perform water changes on weekly Basis. Water Parameters - PH 6-7.5, Temperature: 72-86F (22-30C). Breeding – cave spawner. Not yet breed in captivity.
