General information – The Eichornia azurea is a beautiful aquatic plant. If the plants grow enough and reach the surface they will form floating leaves. Under water, the leaves are spear shaped but once it reaches the surface they become more rounded. Maintenance and care - Very fast growing plant which does need controlling. Eichornia azurea requires planting in a decent substrate, it can be break apart and regenerate. Water Parameters – Temperature: 24C-30C, PH: 6-7.8, KH: 5-12 Propogation: Likes to spread on the surface. Lighting- High Growth Rate- Very fast Position in aquarium- Middle to Background
